Board of Supervisors
Thomas (Tom) Peek, P.E., P.L.S. Chairman
Mr. Peek is the retired partner of Wilson Miller Barton and Peek, a Naples-based professional engineering, surveying and planning firm where he practiced his crafts of civil engineering and land surveying. An Air Force veteran and Tennessee native, he has lived in Collier County for more than 35 years, and once served as Assistant Collier County Engineer. His wife, Nora, is also a retired civil engineer.

Herbert (Herb) Cambridge
A native Floridian and a 40-year Collier resident, Mr. Cambridge is a retired Collier County Educator who served as Director of Staff Development for Barron Collier Companies in 2000-2001. He earned his Bachelor of Science degree from Bethune-Cookman College, and his Master of Education degree from the University of Miami. His wife, Alma, is also a retired educator.

Brian Goguen, C.P.A.
A Certified Public Accountant, Mr. Goguen is currently Director of Finance for the Barron Collier Companies. The recipient of a Bachelor of Science degree in Management from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute and a Master of Business Administration from Florida Gulf Coast University, he earlier served as Audit Manager for Ernst and Young L.L.P. He is a native of Massachusetts; he and his wife Amy are the parents of two.

Liesa Priddy
A third generation Floridian and a 31-year resident of Immokalee, Ms. Priddy retired from the banking industry and currently serves as office manager for the Naples law firm of Siket, Solis and Maher, P.A. She is a graduate of Georgia Southern University with a Bachelors degree in Business Administration, and of the Graduate School of Banking at Louisiana State University. She and her husband, Russell, own Sunniland Enterprises of Collier County, and have two children.

Paul Roney
Paul Roney has served as Executive Director of the Ave Maria Foundation and President of Domino’s Farms Corporation since 1998, and is the Chief Financial Officer of Ave Maria University since its inception in 2002. He also serves as Chairman of the Shamrock Bank of Florida; he is on the board of Ave Maria University and is Chairman of the Catholic Advisory Board of the Ave Maria Mutual Funds.

Mr. Roney was employed by Ernst & Young as an Audit Manager, spent seven years working in the finance and real estate industries, and then six years as the Treasurer of Domino’s Pizza, Inc., a pizza chain with over 7,000 stores in more than 60 countries.

The Ave Maria Foundation is a Catholic lay apostolate that supports a broad range of education and public information projects. Domino’s Farms is a real estate development and property management company that is involved in various real estate projects in Ann Arbor, Michigan. Ave Maria University is a Catholic University located in Ave Maria, Florida.

A graduate of the University of Michigan and Eastern Michigan University. Mr. Roney holds a MBA, he is a member of the Michigan Association of Certified Public Accountants and the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants. He and his wife, Genny have three children.

Landowner Representative
Thomas Sansbury
Mr. Sansbury has over thirty years experience as landowners representative to Florida Special Districts. Mr. Sansbury has been employed by the Barron Collier Companies for eight years, serves as the liaison between the Board, its staff and the landowner.

District Manager
Peter L. Pimentel
With thirty-seven years of governmental service, including twenty-four devoted extensively to special districts, Mr. Pimentel provides oversight for District activities, including accounting, budgeting, administrative and compliance issues. He is a principal with Special District Services, Inc., a Florida-based corporation that facilitates public-private partnerships in the form of special districts.

Assistant District Manager
Todd Wodraska
A two-year veteran and vice president of Special District Services, Inc., Mr. Wodraska’s prior experience includes six years on Wall Street. He is a Florida State University graduate with and MBA from Rice University, and serves on the Jupiter, Florida Town Council and as a Commissioner for the Town of Jupiter's Community Redevelopment Agency.

District Counsel
H. Kenza van Assenderp, Esq.
A principal in the Tallahassee-based firm of Young van Assenderp, P.A., Mr. van Assenderp serves as legal advisor for the District. His practice includes commercial, administrative, environmental, growth management, taxation and local government law, and he has been appointed by two governors to task forces that have created landmark legislation. He co-authored the Uniform Community Development District Act of 1980.
